01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk686 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk686 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotional offers, payment systems, and any other features or services provided by tk686.

tk686 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated exclusively for players based in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are designed to comply with the responsible gaming standards expected in the Bangladesh market.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tk686 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the tk686 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or localised version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tk686 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tk686. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the provisions set out in both of those documents.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tk686 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must meet all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tk686 operates a strict 18+ policy with absolutely no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is forbidden on this platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either requested through tk686 directly or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or operating a tk686 account.

If tk686 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If it is confirmed that the account holder was under 18 at the time of registration or at any point of play, all winnings generated during that period will be void and any deposits made may be returned at the sole discretion of tk686.

By registering a tk686 account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above, and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of tk686 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the tk686 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, tk686 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

• All registration information must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.
• You must notify tk686 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• tk686 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Two-step SMS verification is available to all tk686 account holders and is strongly recommended as an additional layer of security.

tk686 may, at its sole discretion, carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any account at any time. KYC requests may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address document issued within the last three months, and/or proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Your account may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification, and withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tk686 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

Deposits are typically processed and credited to your tk686 account balance within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit into your tk686 account.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account tier and payment method. VIP-tier players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits — see the VIP programme page for details.
4. tk686 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
5. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be included in a withdrawal. See the Bonuses & Promotions section below.

tk686 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees or limits. Please refer to your payment provider's terms for details. tk686 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tk686 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any additional specific terms attached to each individual offer.

The following general rules apply to all tk686 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes abuse and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion for the applicable contribution table.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited upon expiry if wagering requirements have not been completed.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: When a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round or spin may apply. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

tk686 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or deliberately low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their account suspended pending review.

06 User Obligations

As a registered player on the tk686 platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of all tk686 services:

• You must not use the tk686 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, including other player accounts, administrative interfaces, or back-end systems.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by tk686.
• You must not collude with other players, engage in match-fixing, or participate in any form of coordinated or fraudulent play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the false impression that you are accessing the platform from a different location.
• You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards tk686 staff, agents, or other players at any time.
• You must ensure that all funds deposited into your tk686 account are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of criminal activity of any kind.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material violation of these Terms. tk686 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach, forfeit any associated balances and bonuses pending investigation, and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

You acknowledge that tk686 monitors platform activity for compliance and security purposes, including the use of automated fraud detection systems. By using the platform, you consent to this monitoring as described in the tk686 Privacy Policy.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or tk686 may initiate the closure or suspension of a player account. The circumstances and consequences of each scenario are detailed below.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your tk686 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, tk686 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Player-Initiated Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing — please request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be completely locked with no ability to log in, deposit, or play. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: tk686 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Confirmed or suspected age violation (player under 18)
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional systems
• Use of prohibited software or technical manipulation tools
• Any other conduct that tk686 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its operations

08 Limitation of Liability

tk686 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk686 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tk686 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays
• Any specific game outcome will be achievable or that any particular bet will be successful
• The platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components (you are responsible for your own device security)

tk686 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if tk686 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during gameplay, tk686's decision regarding the outcome of any affected bet or game round shall be final. tk686 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed outcomes fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tk686 operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of tk686 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
